Using safarcheck.com means you accept these terms. They are short because the site is simple: free information tools, no accounts, no payments.
1. What SafarCheck provides
SafarCheck provides informational tools and reference content about airline baggage: size checkers, allowance tables, fee information, packing checklists and Umrah baggage guides. Everything on the site is general information, not advice for your specific booking.
2. What SafarCheck does not promise
Airlines change baggage rules without notice, apply different allowances to different fare types, and give their airport staff discretion on the day. Because of this, we cannot and do not warrant that any number on this site matches what your airline applies to your ticket at your airport on your date of travel.
We work hard on accuracy; our process is public at How We Verify Data. But the authoritative source for your journey is always your airline and your ticket. Decisions you make based on this site are your own, and we are not liable for excess baggage fees, refused items, missed flights or other losses that follow from those decisions.
3. Not affiliated with any airline
SafarCheck is independent. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with IndiGo, Air India, Air India Express, Saudia, Emirates or any other carrier named on the site. Airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify whose published rules are being described.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the tools freely for personal and commercial travel planning. You may not scrape the site at abusive volumes, republish our content or dataset as your own, misrepresent an association with us, or attempt to disrupt the service. Quoting short excerpts with a link to the source page is welcome.
5. Intellectual property
The content, tools, design and dataset of safarcheck.com belong to SafarCheck. The underlying facts (an airline's published limit) belong to no one, but our verified compilation, wording and presentation are ours.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to airline websites, airport authorities and other external resources, and may carry advertising and affiliate links, as disclosed in the disclaimer and privacy policy. External sites have their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or conduct.
7. Availability
The site is provided as is, free of charge, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We aim for the site to be fast and available everywhere, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute belongs to the courts of India.
9. Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, the effective date above changes. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
