This page states plainly what SafarCheck's information is, what it is not, and where our responsibility ends. It works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Informational purposes only

Everything on SafarCheck, including baggage limits, fees, Zamzam rules, packing lists and tool results, is general reference information. It is not booking advice, legal advice, customs advice or a promise about how any airline will treat your bag on your travel date.

2. Your airline has the final word

Baggage rules change without notice, vary by fare type and route, and are applied by airline staff with discretion at the airport. Before you fly, confirm allowances with your airline and check the allowance printed on your own ticket. If this site and your airline ever disagree, your airline is right and we want to hear about it so we can fix our data.

3. No liability for travel losses

We are not liable for excess baggage charges, refused or confiscated items, gate-checked bags, missed flights, customs penalties or any other loss arising from reliance on this site. Our verification process is serious and public, but the responsibility for your journey stays with you and your airline.

4. Not religious guidance

Our Umrah pages give practical packing and baggage help for pilgrims. Where topics touch ihram, worship or other religious matters, we describe common practice only. For religious rulings, follow your own scholar, imam or group aalim. Nothing on this site is a fatwa.

5. Not affiliated with any airline or authority

SafarCheck is independent. Airline names, airport names and trademarks appear only to identify whose published rules are described. No airline, airport or government body has endorsed this site.

6. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

To keep the site free, we plan to display advertising (such as Google AdSense) and may use affiliate links, meaning we earn a commission if you buy a product, such as a cabin bag, through our link, at no extra cost to you. Ads and commissions never influence the data: a bag that fails an airline's limit fails it in our checker regardless of who sells it.

7. External links

We link to airline pages, airport authorities and other external sites because that is where our data comes from. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

8. Errors and corrections

Despite dated checks and a public verification process, errors can exist on any page at any moment, simply because airlines change faster than any website. When an error is confirmed, we correct it within a day and update the page's verified date. Reporting one takes two minutes on the contact page.
