Airline baggage rules change quietly, and travellers at airports see those changes hours before any website does. If a number on SafarCheck does not match what you saw, tell us. Include three things so we can act fast:
- The page and the number: paste the URL and quote the value you believe is wrong.
- The correct value: what the airline's page, counter or staff actually said.
- Your source: a link, a screenshot, or your own check-in experience with the date and airport.
Confirmed corrections go live within a day, and the page's verified date updates with them. The full process is on How We Verify Data.
Other reasons to write
- Feature requests: tell us which airline, route or tool you want next. The current roadmap is built from exactly such requests.
- Feedback on tools: if the bag checker or packing list behaved oddly on your phone, name the phone model and browser and we can usually reproduce it.
- Business and partnerships: put "Business" in the subject line so it does not queue behind corrections.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent information site, not an airline and not an agent. We cannot book tickets, change bookings, track lost baggage or process refunds. For anything about a specific booking, only your airline can act; their contact details are on your ticket and their official website. If you write to us about a lost bag, we will reply with sympathy and this same paragraph.
Response times
Corrections: usually within 24 hours. Everything else: within a few days. There is no phone support and no WhatsApp for now; when that changes, this page will say so first.
